New Higher Salary: $82,011 – $159,922 Challenge We have two senior project managers who will join the project management team and oversee the project management team responsible for implementing an assigned portfolio of centrally managed, statewide transportation improvement programs. We are hiring two Engineering Managers to oversee (STIP) and non-STIP projects. These teams are responsible for pre-construction activities and tasks to develop their assigned projects, from initial scoping to construction contracting. In this role, you will provide direction, leadership, supervision, technical guidance, and advice to team members to ensure that project goals, objectives, deliverables, and schedules are established and achieved. Facilitate risk identification and implementation of mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
