This is a design-focused role creating 2D and 3D plans, renderings, and construction documents for multifamily, mixed-use, and other large-scale commercial projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Staff Architect II position include: – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, preferably 3+ years of experience in multi-family or mixed-use building projects. – Proficiency in Revit, BIM software (BIM360, BIM Collaborate), AutoCAD, Adobe Suite. – Expertise in creating 2D concept drawings and 3D renderings for presentations. – Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and local planning regulations. IBC, Fair Housing Act, ANSI, TAS. – Work with your team to create and coordinate BIM models and construction documents. – Participates in project meetings and provides input on design and constructability issues. – Review and make changes to the design based on feedback from management. – Stay up to date with the latest trends in BIM technology and architectural design techniques. Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year (depending on experience).
