Job Summary: The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to manage projects from inception to completion. Successful project completion requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management experience is essential. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects and staff to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Balance priorities and proactively identify problems. Prepare construction documents and coordinate with necessary agencies for permits. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other companies. We estimate construction costs and inspect the construction site. Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) Professional Engineering (PE) license (multiple states preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience including project and staff management Design software (Civil 3D, HydroCAD, etc.) and Microsoft Office Proficiency in Strong knowledge of codes, ordinances and permitting procedures Knowledge of stormwater management/hydrology and permitting highly desirable!
