We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Safety Coordinator to join our manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role plays a central role in ensuring the safety and health of team members by managing compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and building a strong safety culture. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Safety Coordinator position include: – Associate’s degree in Health and Safety or related field (required). Bachelor’s degree preferred – Health and Safety Certificate (required). OSHA 10 certification preferred – 3+ years of relevant manufacturing safety experience (preferred) – Conducting safety inspections, audits, and employee training – Maintaining compliance records including OSHA 300 and 301 reporting – Safety guidelines and emergency response plans Development and implementation of – Monitor and analyze safety metrics and identify potential improvements. – Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred salary: $34.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.
