Qualifications and responsibilities for this QA Supervisor position include: – Bachelor’s degree or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification (or ability to become certified within one year). – AWS SMAW and GMAW welder certification (or ability to become certified within 6 months). -Minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or equivalent industry -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP preferred -Knowledge and application skills of quality control systems, inspection procedures, SJI, and AWS welding specifications management. – Lead a team of inspectors to maintain quality standards for processed products. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in safety, quality, and productivity. – Travel potentialSalary: $100,000-$120,000 per year depending on experience.
