Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager/Estimator position include: -Construction Management, preferably over 3 years of experience in commercial roofs and sheet metal (other transactions such as concrete are also considered). The BlueBeam experience is a plus, but not necessary. – Estimate, bid, and draft projects for roofing and sheet metal projects. Workers to manage project costs, schedules, and labor – participate in weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings to communicate project progress. (Only local travel at the time).
