Are you ready to realize your potential? Position This position has primary responsibility for supporting the manufacturing process in a specific area. This position requires strict adherence to cGMP, established manufacturing practices and procedures, and compliance with quality regulations and guidelines. Work Schedule 3-Week Training Program ~ Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Front End Days ~ Alternate Weeks (1) and (2) Week (1) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM Week (2) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM Backend Day ~ Alternating Weeks (1) and (2) Week (1) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 6:45 AM to PM 7:00 Week (2) Thursday, Friday, Saturday | 6:45am – 7:00pm Essential Functions Product Manufacturing and Product Manufacturing Support Activities Create routine documentation related to product manufacturing In-process documentation as directed by supervisor. Support activities and product development Incorporate pre-planned process improvement/cost reduction programs into manufacturing Perform process validation according to area equipment and product execution verification procedures Perform in-process product testing according to standard procedures Support manufacturing activities of other departments as directed by supervisor Perform all duties and responsibilities in a compliant manner Perform all activities and responsibilities in an ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable medical laws, regulations, and industry codes Incorporate the Novo Nordisk Way and the 10 Essentials into your interactions with others Physical Requirements 0-10% overnight travel required. Ability to climb, balance, bend, reach, stand, and walk. Ability to push, lift, grasp, finger, and feel. Ability to speak, listen, and understand oral and written communications. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Certifications: High school diploma or Associate’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience, related manufacturing preferred Zero (0) years of experience Bachelor’s degree in a scientific fieldKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Knowledge of cGMP operations is desirable and the ability to understand and carry out established written instructions is essential.
