We employ senior low voltage engineers. This is an entirely new role, designed for those ready to take the lead and shape it into something unique. From initial design to construction closeout, you will be responsible for all aspects of the project where you will work with minimal supervision. But beyond technical implementation, we partner with our marketing teams to demonstrate the value of our solutions and help them play a key role in business development. This is an opportunity to blend engineering excellence with strategic impact, and to define what success in this role will look like. Main Responsibility: Leading the design of low voltage systems (IE, voice/data cable infrastructure, CATV, security, access control, communications, telecommunications and wireless systems, and other specialized low voltage systems, and other specialized low voltage systems). Code-compliant, contract-compliant and cost-effective by thoroughly reviewing work, project specifications, drawings and legal contract scopes to ensure alignment of project requirements with industry standards, provide strategic guidance to junior and mid-level team members, and foster technical growth and professional development. Promote knowledge sharing, training and leadership opportunities across the team. Solve workflow problems, solve project bottlenecks, validate design implementation, validate local challenges, maintain strong client relationships to maintain strong client relationships while occurring, promote repeat business and referrals, and train long-term client clients to ensure long-term client satisfaction. Strategic direction for the low voltage sector and the company. Provide feedback on process, standards and methodology improvements to ensure that your company remains competitive and innovative. Required Qualifications: A comparable field experience with 5-8 years of practical experience in vocational schools, military technical training, university degrees, or low-voltage system design is desirable. Proven technical, leadership, and field experiences. A proven leadership experience for managing complex, large-scale projects. Demonstrate your ability to lead cross-function teams and junior mentor staff. I work in a professional A/E office. Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The ability to simultaneously manage multiple large projects, including timeline, budget and resource management. With an emphasis on achieving client satisfaction and high quality results, you can sit, stand and walk for a long period of time. Ability and ability to travel as needed for project meetings, site visits, or client engagement, as appropriate.
