Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include:- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with an emphasis on commercial and government projects. – Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including foundation renovations and comprehensive renovations. – Management Experience Construction budgets range from $5 million to over $15 million. – Knowledge of IDIQ contracts and cooperation with local authorities. – Leadership skills to manage a construction team, oversee and grow into a Construction Director role within 3 years – Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trade teams. – A hands-on approach to project management while representing the company as an executive leader. – Knowledge of construction technology as the company implements more advanced systems. Salary: $100,000 – $145,000 per year depending on experience, plus annual performance bonus.
