Required qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician position include:
– 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC/R services.
– Ability to thoroughly understand federal, state and local laws and regulations and apply them to job duties.
– Diagnose and repair air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems, including detecting and repairing refrigerant leaks.
– Accurately perform system installations, replacements and maintenance.
– Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, inspectors and team members.
– Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
-Train and mentor assigned helpers to ensure project success.
– Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain insurance. EPA certified preferred.
– Utilize electronic devices for effective communication and information sharing.
Pay: $40.00-50.00 per hour depending on experience.
