Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Project Manager position include: – 5+ years of commercial HVAC new construction experience – Ability to manage field teams and provide technical guidance – Strong ability to build and maintain GC-builder relationships – Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans – Oversee project coordination to ensure project schedules, budgets, and team coordination. Specifications, Safety Regulations, and Quality Standards: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, performance-based bonus opportunities tailored to experience.
