Job Summary: We are looking for skilled and motivated land development engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing land development projects, including subdivisions, commercial sites, utilities and related infrastructure. This position requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Main responsibility: Design and supervision of land development projects such as subdivisions, commercial real estate, and utility infrastructure. Provide instructions and mentorship to designers and entry-level engineers. Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Please comply with local, state, and federal regulatory permit requirements. Use software tools such as ICPR, AutoCAD, Excel in skilled ways. Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies and internal teams. Apply independent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address project challenges. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related fields is desirable. A strong understanding of regulatory permit requirements. Proficiency in ICPR, AutoCAD, and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
