As Chief Engineer, you will lead a talented team, oversee critical building systems, and play a key role in maintaining the excellence of this prestigious facility. This Chief Engineer position includes the following qualifications and responsibilities: – A valid 1st Class Stationary Engineer license is required. – Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer in a full-service hotel environment. – Expertise in HVAC and boiler systems. Extensive knowledge of building automation systems. – Oversee the daily operation of HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. – Mentor and mentor an Engineering Supervisor and a team of seven engineers. – Develop and implement preventive maintenance. Program for all hotel systems and equipment. – Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fire codes and building codes. – Manage vendor relationships, coordinate inspections, and oversee departmental budget responsibilities. Salary: $90,000+ per person depending on years and experience.
