The qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Construction Officer’s position include: -7-10+ years of high-end/custom home construction (senior PM with strong leadership skills will also be considered) – General contractors of licensed general contractors are desirable, but not necessary – Leadership in experience MS office and general construction management software Multiple project and team management software responsible for the role of – the ability to manage all aspects of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and more – ensure project team lead and development and successfully execute high-end residentials.
