Required qualifications and responsibilities for the job of Construction Project Manager include:
– Degree in Architecture
– Utah architect license is an advantage
– 5+ years of experience in commercial design and construction
– Revit proficiency
– Lead and oversee the design and construction phase of commercial projects
– Manage and review team member work to ensure compliance with codes and standards
– Conduct site visits, coordinate drawings and prepare detailed plans
– Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure project success
– Oversee construction management to ensure projects are completed to specification
Salary: $90,000-120,000 per year depending on experience, plus performance and end-of-year bonuses based on company profitability.
