Manages, plans, directs, directs, and coordinates designated project activities to ensure project goals or objectives are achieved within prescribed time periods and funding parameters, for both the client and MS Benbow & Associates. Meet quality requirements. Lead greenfield and brownfield project design and support development with teams of engineers, designers, and drafters to complete electrical drawing packages for high, medium, and low voltage systems. Responsibilities: Develop construction scope of work, equipment purchase specifications and data sheets. Perform all aspects of electrical analysis including system modeling, fault current, load current, protective device adjustment, motor starting, and arc flash using the software system. Design medium voltage protection. Create drawings that include single line diagrams, area classification plans and details, grounding and wiring plans, installation details, wiring schematics and diagrams. Develop and execute equipment test procedures including interpretation of relay logic diagrams. Circuit diagram and protection relay program. Completes technical reviews of all project work products to ensure compliance with industry regulations, client standards, and MSB quality standards. Establish and maintain clear channels of frequent communication with clients to address questions and concerns related to the project. Provide project updates to your team and clients, including budget and schedule. Collaborates with department managers and team leaders to identify resource expectations and project progress. Supports and facilitates the professional development of department staff through mentorship, continuing education, and training. Participate in technical associations and training. MSB.Experience developing, estimating, and executing project scopes. Education: 9+ years of engineering experience in a technical field and industry similar to the company’s customer base (petrochemical, refining, midstream and marine industries).
